Standing Strong on our Republican Core Values and Principles

WHEREAS, The Genesee County Republican Party is fighting for Michigan's future, and has many members, delegates, and elected officials who are standing strong in defense of our Republican core values and principles, and

WHEREAS, The political landscape in Genesee County has been changing for the better as grassroots enthusiasm grows, and as independent and swing voters increasingly identify with the Republican Party as the party "of the people, by the people and for the people," and

WHEREAS, We as Republicans believe as stated in our national platform in liberty, economic prosperity, preserving American values and traditions, and restoring the American dream for every citizen of Michigan and this great nation. These goals are accomplished through stimulating economic growth for all Americans, protecting constitutionally-guaranteed freedoms, and ensuring the integrity of our elections, and

WHEREAS, The strength and success of the Genesee County Republican Party depends upon having a common goal, mutual respect and a shared vision, as well as a coordinated effort to advocate for our Republican core values with voters and our elected officials, which ultimately results in Republicans winning elections throughout our county, state, and country, and

WHEREAS, We must stand as Genesee County Republicans in unity against the principles, ideals, and beliefs held by the Democrat Party. As we have seen particularly over the last four years, and as they now control all levels of state government in 2023, they will stop at nothing to enact policies to send our economy into a tailspin, stifle the free speech of those with differing opinions and principles, glamorize the taking of innocent lives of unborn children at all stages of development, and weaponizing government agencies to accomplish their political agenda, so

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Genesee County Republican Party Executive Committee does hereby call for all Republican delegates, elected officials, and voters to stand in unwavering support and defense of our core Republican values of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness as stated in the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Michigan Constitution. May God Bless America, Michigan, and Genesee County, and all those who are standing strong in defense of our rights and freedoms.
