Where: Grand Blanc Huntsman's Club, 9046 S Irish Rd, Grand Blanc MI
When: Sat Sept. 30, 2023
- 12:00pm - 1:00pm Check in & Practice range open (you can pre-buy tickets to guarantee your spot)
- 1:00pm MANDATORY Safety Lesson: Protective eyeware (prescription lenses are ok) and ear protection are REQUIRED
- 1:15pm Shot Gun Start
- 3:15/3:30pm Dinner (Dependent upon course completion time; please be diligent when returning to the pavilion after completing all of the stations)
Early Bird Pricing: $75/person ammo included (eyeware & ear protection are required, please add them to your purchase if you do not have your own)
Standard Pricing: $85/person ammo included (eyeware & ear protection are required, please add them to your purchase if you do not have your own)
DINNER ONLY OPTION: $10/person
What's included: 14 shooting stations w/50 targets, 12 or 20 gauge lead free ammunition, Dinner & Non-Alcoholic Drinks
What's available for an additional fee: On-Course games, practice range, protective ear & eyeware
SPONSORSHIPS:
- Station Sponsor $100: sign placed at a station on the course, any literature or coupons you provide will be placed on a designated sponsor table for participants to take
- Beverage Sponsor $250: sign placed at the water station on the course & at the beverage area during dinner, logo printed on the beverage tickets, any literature or coupons you provide will be placed on a designated sponsor table for participants to take, listing in our next newsletter, recognition on our website for 2 months (if desired)
- Dinner Sponsor $500: Sponsor sign on every table, listing in our next newsletter, any literature or coupons you provide will be placed on a designated sponsor table for participants to take, recognition on our website for 5 months (if desired)
- Event Sponsor $1000: 2 complimentary event registrations included, listing in our next newsletter, sponsor sign at the pavilion, table provided for sponsor's display materials (if desired), recognition on our website for one year (if desired)

PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW:
- Protective ear & eyeware are mandatory, please add them to your cart for purchase if you do not have any (prescription glasses or prescription sunglasses are acceptable eye protection).
- A 10-15min safety class is required for all participants before the event begins.
- Only 12 gauge & 20 gauge lead free shot gun shells are allowed, these are included in your ticket purchase.
- The GB Huntsman's Club will determine the discontinuance of the event based on their experience in regards to weather & safety. If the GCRP is required to cancel the outing for any reason and are unable to reschedule the event, all money paid towards the event is considered a donation to the Genesee County Republican Party and is non-refundable.
