Where: Flushing Valley Golf Course, 1124 E. Main St, Flushing, MI
When: Fri June 2, 2023, 11:00am check in & practice range 12:00pm Shot Gun Start, Scramble format
What's included: Green Fee, Cart, Hotdog lunch at the turn, Buffet Dinner, Non-Alcoholic Drinks, On-Course games, Silent Auction and more!
Cost: $100/player or $375/foursome (Early bird discount before May 1st: $90/player or $350/Foursome)

- Hole Sponsor $100: sign placed at a tee, any literature or coupons you provide will be placed in the golfer gift bags
- Beverage Cart Sponsor $250: sign placed on the beverage cart, any literature or coupons you provide will be placed in the golfer gift bags, sponsor signage at dinner
- Dinner Sponsor $500: Sponsor card on every table, listing in our newsletter, any literature or coupons you provide will be placed in the golfer gift bags
- Event Sponsor $1500: Complimentary foursome included, listing in our newsletter, sponsorship sign posted at the longest drive, any literature or coupons you provide will be placed in the golfer gift bags, sponsor signage at dinner, table provided for sponsor's display materials (if desired), and recognition on our website (if desired)

Special conditions
Flushing Valley is a nonmetal spike facility. All players are expected to wear appropriate golf attire and bring their own clubs. No alcohol is to be brought onto the Flushing Valley premises, it must be purchased on site, and intoxicated individuals may be escorted off the premises by the proper authorities.
Rain does not constitute stoppage of play. Flushing Valley will determine the discontinuance of play based on their experience. If the GCRP is required to cancel the outing for any reason and are unable to reschedule the event, all money paid towards the event is considered a donation to the Genesee County Republican Party and is non-refundable.
