Clayton Township Election Results

Dear Fellow Republicans,

Tonight we are thrilled to announce victories in Clayton Township.  In the fall of 2009 the Democrat Township Supervisor and two Democrat Trustee's were terminated due to a recall effort.  Our Republican Precinct Delegates in Clayton Township nominated three replacements and two of the three were elected.  Congratulations to Brian Sepanek for Supervisor and Christopher Gehringer for Trustee.  And thank you to Heath Lorincz, he'll win the next time. These victories come after many years of Democrat domination.  Here are the election results:

Supervisor - Brian Sepanek (Rep)                499 votes         45.86%

                    Michael Ahearne (Dem)              180 votes         16.54 %

                    Rod Shumaker (NPA)                291 votes         26.75%

                    Larry Widigan (NPA                  118 votes         10.85%

Trustee -  Chris Gehringer (Rep)             391 votes         19.19%

              Heath Lorincz (Rep)                   154 votes           7.56%

                Tamara Kapraun (Dem)              393 votes         19.29%

                 Richard Tesner (Dem)                 317 votes         15.56%

                  Bradley Anthony (NPA)              114 votes           5.60%

                    Rick Caruso (NPA)                     180 votes            8.84%

                    Mike Crockett (NPA)                 147 votes            7.22%

                    Dale Jones (NPA)                       150 votes            7.36%

                    Vicki O'Nell (NPA)                      77 votes            3.78%
